Minecraft pc version for sale. Stronghold Crusader II is a real-time strategy video game, developed by Firefly Studios, part of the Stronghold series. It was released on September 23, 2014. It is the sequel to their 2002 title Stronghold: Crusader.
Gameplay[edit]
The first gameplay demo was given to journalists at E3 2013 and the first gameplay trailer, showing pre-alpha footage, was released at Gamescom 2013. Both the demo and trailer showed off several new aspects that the game will introduce to the series.

The game is the first of the Crusader series to feature a 3D graphics engine, but will not retain all of the elements of the original 2D game while adding new features such as 'new units like the cruel Slave Driver, new beefed up AI opponents, dynamic on-map events like the Locust Swarm',[2] as well as 'new visuals, a new battle interface, and engine enhancements including effects, animations, and real-time physics.'[3] A brand new feature to the series is co-op multiplayer, in which 2 players take control of a single castle to share units and resources while fighting against common enemies.[4] Crusader II will feature both a Crusader and Arabic historical single player campaign at launch.[5] The game will mainly be based around skirmish gameplay, similar to the original Stronghold Crusader title.[6] This will include, as with the original Stronghold Crusader, skirmish trails; in which players need to fight through linked skirmish maps with different set-ups in a particular order.[7] The game is expected to be based more on warfare with little but substantial government.

It has been praised for striking a good balance between the economic and military aspects of the game and staying true to the series and its strategy roots. What does Crusader Kings 2 look like in action? It's a full-fledged RPG game that challenges you to get and hold the throne. You start as one of the candidates and have to make your way to the crown by any means. The goal of any dynasty is to become more powerful, that is, to grab a maximum of prestigious titles and keep them. Everything is clear with the first half: marriages of convenience, poisoned cups, forged documents and cold steel in the hands of soldiers are a must. The hassle begins when our charge takes the ducal throne.
In the original game, the vassals rebelled openly and the hatred of the overlord quickly reached the boiling point. In Crusader Kings 2, everyone acts more cunningly – they accumulate strength and wait for a hardened wolf to be replaced by a young cub. Relatives, who were ready to kiss the hands the old ruler, immediately recall their claims to the throne and strive for it with all their zest.
Only wise political balancing will save you from internecine carnage. The easiest way to get support is to donate allotments and money. However, such allies can outgrow you and go their own way. A more subtle instrument is the laws that determine the duties for various classes and change the order of inheritance. Personal contacts are also useful – childhood friends and blood brothers who have fought shoulder to shoulder for half their lives are unlikely to betray. Of course, the most important thing is to prepare a worthy replacement for yourself, otherwise all efforts are in vain.
The struggle for power is not the only thing that worries the countless heroes of Crusader Kings 2. Their ambitions vary, which makes the game lively and believable. Lustful husbands cheat and breed bastards, jealous wives prepare a terrible revenge for them. Aristocrats who seem not to mind serving the monarch sometimes crave increased autonomy. Greedy officials plunder the treasury, and careerists rush to strengthen their position.
Conspiracies are sometimes helpful in carrying out the plan. Here its works in a very interesting way: having set a goal, the character begins to look for accomplices, increasing a special counter. When an open revolt is brewing, the controlled troops are counted. The skill of intrigue and proximity to the victim will also come in handy for assassination attempts. The options available and the chances of success depend on the how well your plan is designed. See if you can survive in the court and outlive your crowned predecessors!
